Participated as Technical Director in the construction management of the Four Seasons Resort at Península de Papagayo as part of Constructora EDIFICAR S.A., then served as Director of Budgets and Cost Control for Construction Management Services for EcoDesarrollo Papagayo, before founding LCP International and Papagayo Design Center in 2006. Led the project management of the Autograph Collection by Marriott, Playa Flamingo (LEED Silver, 124 suites) and the Residential Resort Development CocoBay Estates + Segovia Heights Condominium in Playas del Coco. 880+ hectares master planned · 150+ km of resort infrastructure roads designed · CFIA License IC-3150 — Active since 1982. 45+ years leading Guanacaste's iconic developments — resort hotels, residential condominiums, resort clubs, luxury residences, master plans, and urban design.
As General Director of PrendasLoria Architecture and Engineering (2020–2026), managed the full project cycle — architecture & engineering drawings, building permits, bidding & contract negotiation, inspections, delivery, and closeout — across 120+ projects (51,000+ m²) in luxury residences, condominiums, and boutique hotels in Nosara, Guiones, Ostional, Samara, Tamarindo, and Santa Teresa. As CEO & Partner of Olivia Interior Designs Ltda., led general management, client acquisition, and FF&E procurement for 15 high-end residential interior projects across Guanacaste and San José.
