The Residence Inn Autograph Collection by Marriott at Playa Brasilito is a LEED Silver-certified hotel with 124 suites, developed under full Marriott LATAM brand coordination.
Papagayo Design Center delivered the project across Full Project Management, Marriott Brand Coordination, Construction Documents, and LEED Certification.
The project renderings show a long, low building above a pool deck at Playa Brasilito, with a pergola walkway running the length of the poolside, an arrival entrance under deep eaves, and a facade built around exposed wood trusses. Views out reach both the ocean and the mountains behind the bay.
A branded hotel carries a second rulebook on top of the Costa Rican permitting route. Marriott LATAM brand standards govern room layouts, finishes and back-of-house arrangements, and every drawing has to satisfy the brand and the local authorities at once. That coordination sat inside the Papagayo Design Center scope alongside construction documents and full project management.
The 124-suite hotel is certified LEED Silver, and LEED certification work formed part of the delivered scope rather than a separate exercise bolted on at the end.
