Papagayo Design Center delivered the project across Site Analysis & Land Use, Master Plan & Urban Design, Infrastructure Construction Documents, and Permitting (CFIA · SETENA).
Cantomar is documented in two registers. A watercolour master plan illustration shows the beachfront development as it would be experienced, and a clean technical site plan carries the lot boundaries and the annotated lot data behind it. Both describe the same property at Playa Brasilito.
A horizontal condominium in Costa Rica registers individual lots as filial units (fincas filiales) under a parent parcel, with roads, services and common areas held in common under Ley 7933. Setting that structure at the master-plan stage determines what can later be built and sold on each lot.
