Condominium Master Plan in Santa Teresa

Pochote is the master plan for a nine-lot hillside condominium in Santa Teresa, set at 138–141 m elevation across 6.2 hectares overlooking the Pacific.

Papagayo Design Center is delivering the project across Development Planning, Master Plan & Site Layout, Infrastructure Construction Documents, and Permitting (CFIA · SETENA).

The drawing set reads the site from several directions: a terrain study with contour lines, tree canopy and building footprints; a separate tree-cover and grading study; a technical site plan carrying lot boundaries, elevations and the internal road; and a 3D massing model of the houses along the ridge.

Nine lots on 6.2 hectares, between roughly 138 and 141 metres of elevation, is a deliberately low density. The plans keep a forested reserve below the ridge and place the cleared building pads and pools along the access road at the top, with the shoreline below.

Papagayo Design Center is delivering development planning, the master plan and site layout, infrastructure construction documents, and permitting through the CFIA and SETENA. The condominium is in active development.
