The site plan divides the 5.9-hectare property into 19 building lots served by internal roads and green zones, and the aerial rendering shows the condominium villas grouped around a clubhouse. Hotel and cabinas components sit alongside the residential lots, so the plan has to hold short-stay and owner-occupied uses on one property.
A condominium master plan of this kind starts with the land rather than the buildings: topography, drainage, existing tree cover and the setbacks that apply to the site. Lot boundaries, road alignments and the common green areas are then fixed together, because each one constrains the others.
